The RIAA has been behind the times for years. As some of you may know their current response to audio technology is to sue people who have downloaded Mp3’s off of the web. Of course often times these people are parents who had no idea their kids were doing this. The RIAA doesn’t really care though. They just want to scare everyone into submission. Thats why this transcript of one of their lawyers getting smacked around by the judge is so satisfying. You can just about see the judge thinking, “What the heck does the RIAA think they are doing? Suing this single mom is the answer to their problems?”
